Software setup

Basic knowledge of Python is required to use MRIphantom

Requirements

Ensure that the following software is installed on your computer:

• Python 3.x (Anaconda package may be used)

Supported phantoms

MRIphantom currently provides only support for the Elekta phantom.

Install MRIphantom

Clone our Github repository and install the openhsv package with pip:

pip install setup.py

Run MRIphantom by executing the main.py script.

python main.py
